Meet Sergey Shimansky
I’m Sergey Shimansky, founder of BA Career Mentor and a 20-year veteran of the global IT industry. As a BA myself, I’ve faced many of the same hurdles as you and have come to find success as a mentor to others.
I’m a native of Belarus, but currently located in the United States. Throughout my career I’ve held roles as business analyst, IT manager, and digital consultant. I’ve led many digital transformation projects for Fortune 500 organizations around the globe.
My passion for mentoring other business analysts is driven by my personal experiences in the field. I consider each student in my program to be a unique individual with your own personal obstacles to address. I hope we will have an opportunity to work together to create a plan for building on your existing strengths and ultimately achieving your goals.
